How are items shipped?

We ship via USPS, or UPS within 3 days of payment clearing if the item is in stock, otherwise we will ship once the item is in stock which could be up to one month. We take great care to inspect items for perfection and package any purchases with care. We are not responsible for loss and/or damage in transit. If you would like to insure your purchase, you may do so and you can contact us for pricing prior to purchase.

 Can I make a return?

We accept returns that are made within 7 days of the order being delivered. To initiate your return, please email info@lovevolve.com with your order number and reason for return. The returned item must be in unused, original condition. Be sure to always obtain the postage receipt before you send the return, in case of damage or loss. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to send back the product. Once we receive the product , you will receive a refund minus cost of shipping. If an item is damaged upon arrival to you, please email us.

Masks cannot be returned.

How do I care for my scarf?

100% Cashmere: Dry clean only 
Wool/Silk: Dry clean only
Cashmere/Modal: Machine wash delicate cold, hang dry, light iron 
Cotton/Linen/Modal: Machine wash delicate cold, hang dry, light iron


How do I care for my towel?

Machine wash warm/tumble dry.
Do not use fabric softener, it prevents the terry cotton from absorbing and tightening to prevent future pulls.
Wash with like items, no zippers, buttons, or anything that may potentially pull the loops/fiber.
