WHY the Swaddle Mission? WHY are we so passionate about relationship health at birth? WHY is having that visual cue of a baby wrapped in LOVE so important?

Because when parents thrive, a baby thrives.

A report of child abuse is made every 10 seconds in America. More than 6.6 million children are referred to child protection agencies each year. These statistics are WHY we promote relationship health at the birth of a baby. “Children are suffering from a hidden epidemic of child abuse and neglect. It’s a widespread war against our children that we have the power to stop, and understanding the issue is the first step,” says ChildHelp. From psychological disorders to decreased productivity, and health-related issues to the continuation of the abuse cycle, child abuse has a lasting impact on one’s life. 

We work with The One Love Foundation to promote relationship health in an effort to end the cycle of abuse. By providing helpful resources to parents, we are working to change negative patterns to create a healthy life for children.

This is why we wrap babies in LOVE. If we can help the parents of a newborn establish and maintain a strong and healthy foundation, then the life of that baby and that family will be improved. We believe that every child deserves unconditional LOVE and we believe that parents of all backgrounds can grow and work together to provide a safe and loving home.
